Wired remote control units offered for welding machines

Lincoln Electric has introduced two wired remote control units for pipeline welders and those working in construction applications. The wired remote controls, available with or without a 115-VAC power duplex receptacle, include a 125-ft. detachable cable. A customizable min./max. range sets in seconds, says the company.

Both units are offered as accessories for the Cross Country® 300 and SAE-300® MP welding machines. The K4268-1 wired remote also comes bundled in new One-Pak® packages for the two welding machines.

Using the wireless remote, operators can activate the glow plug for one to 30 sec., stop and start the engine, activate high or low idle, and adjust the current control.
