Rivet machine designed for delicate applications

AIM Joraco offers a line of delicate rivet machines based on its standard line of Toggle-Aire® presses.

The machine is a fully pneumatic press integrated with AC-powered, cam belt-driven rivet heads. It has an automatic hopper feeder with large bowl capacity; non-binding/jamming feeding heads; a standard SS-DM-18 anti-tiedown, two-hand actuator with optional upgrade; and standard Toggle-Aire features. The model 1030-R handles tubular rivets and eyelets up to 3/8 in. dia. in soft steel or brass, and the model 1530-R can be used for heavy applications such as stainless steel.

Each machine has parts that are interchangeable between itself and the pneumatic press line.
