Automated welding machine makes one piece every 2.5 sec.

The Delta S TVR automated welding machine, available from Cemsa S.p.A., features a rotating indexing table that can be equipped with a number of stations, based on the number of components to be welded or assembled. On a typical three-station machine, for instance, the stations are used for checking, welding, and unloading.

The machine can be equipped with a standard, single-phase, 150-kVA transformer or with a medium-frequency inverter (1,000 Hz). It generally produces one piece every 2.5 sec., with almost no marking on the surface.
