Drop carbide dispenser features improved deposition control

Mavrix Automatic Welding has redesigned its drop carbide dispensing system to improve the control over the rate of deposited carbide into the weld stream. Through management and regulation of incoming voltage, the vibration unit no longer is influenced through variation of line voltage that affects the rate of deposit.

It also features an improved vibration control for greater adjustment of the deposit rate and can be calibrated for a variety of carbide grit sizes.

The system can be ordered with any of the company's automatic welding systems or as a stand-alone system to be added to the user's current welding equipment.
