- Bending and Forming
COMEQ offers 31 models of Americor hydraulic sheet and plate rolls in standard capacities from 3 ft. by 13 ga. to 10 ft. by 0.313 in. The machines are available in three-roll, single-initial-pinch and four-roll, double-pinch styles. Also available are two special four-roll, double-pinch models with capacities of 2 ft. by 0.25 in. and 2 ft. by 0.0313 in.
The drive system allows rolling of thicknesses within the opening between the top and lower driven rolls without the use of belts or extra gear-driving mechanisms. Features include induction-hardened rolls, heavy-duty rigid frame, variable pressure control for the adjustable lower clamping roll, controls mounted in a rolling control console, digital readouts for roll positions with preset and recall, and corrosion- and abrasion-resistant paint finishes.
Options include two-speed or infinitely variable rolling speed drive, interchangeable top roll, side and top support devices, and programmable controls.
