Tube bending lubricant leaves clean coating that does not build up on mandrel

Accu-Lube JL-12 is an opaque gel from ITW ROCOL(R) North America, formulated for tube bending applications. It can be pumped or hand-applied directly to the tube or bending mandrels, leaving a clean coating on the mandrel that will not build up over time.
The lubricant is designed to stay where it is applied, so that no cleaning is required before welding, and cleaning is simplified before painting or plating. According to the manufacturer, the gel reduces consumption, improves housekeeping, and lengthens tool or mandrel life.
The gel, supplied ready to use, comes in 5- and 55-gal. containers.
