Biodegradable metal cleaners designed for ultrasonic, spray-wash equipment

Technotrade Intl. Inc.'s Deconex® cleaning products for metals are biodegradable, water-based, and suitable for use in ultrasonic cleaning and spray-wash equipment.

More than 30 different formulations are available, and each cleaner is optimized to perform a specific process function such as pre-cleaning, degreasing, demulsifying, brightening, polymer removal, and final cleaning.

Concentrated for dilution from 1 percent to 4 percent, depending on the substrate and process, the company can match a cleaner to a particular application in its laboratory. Samples are then provided for validating efficacy.
