Detergent/coating cleans, prepares metal for paint
Chemetall Oakite offers the Oakite® CrysCoat 2707 detergent that cleans, produces an iron phosphate coating on iron and steel, and prepares metal substrates for paint.
The detergent is biodegradable and uses NPE-free surfactants. It treats mixed runs of metals at low temperatures, saving energy, the company states.
