Dry film lubricant offers enhanced adhesion, cohesive energy density

GYG USA Inc. offers Proform dry film lubricant, developed by Xaio Science Group LLC. It is a waterborne polymer system with a combination polar and nonpolar structure and interpenetrating polymer network (IPN), resulting in enhanced adhesion and cohesive energy density (CED).

Dried coating weight is 100 to 150 mg per sq. ft. Line speed for the coating application is up to 450 FPM, and no preheating or additional furnace heat is required for drying.
