Flexible composite diamond finishing files fit in hard-to-reach areas

Titan Tool Supply Inc. has announced the introduction of a new line of flexible diamond finishing files for the removal of material in the maintenance of extrusion dies, aircraft components, and other difficult-to-reach areas. They are designed for working with materials such as tungsten carbide, ferrite materials, nonferrous materials, and several nonmetals.

The files, which measure 7.08 in. long by 0.50 in. wide, are flexible for use in narrow slots with difficult access. Plated length is 1.97 in. Nine models are available in thicknesses (after plating) from 0.006 to 0.035 in. and grit sizes of 1200, 500/600, 270/325, 170/200, or 120/140.
