Pneumatic finishing tools designed for automotive industry

Dynabrade Inc. has introduced the restoration of the National Detroit Legacy series of air tools. Dating back to 1939, the National Detroit line of U.S.-made pneumatic tools is designed for the automotive industry.

The line includes 5- and 6-in.-dia. DAQ dual-action sanders for sanding filler and primer, removing rust and scale, and feather edging; 5- and 6-in.-dia. ELZ dual-action sanders for fine finishing, sanding drop coats, sanding base coats, and polishing operations; an 8-in.-dia. gear-driven sander for stock removal, leveling, paint removal, and sanding body filler; and the FB8 long board sander for leveling, sanding body filler, and blending.
