Steam generators designed for cleaning metal surfaces before powder coating, painting

Electro-Steam Generator Corp. offers the LB series steam generators for the coatings industry. They are designed for precleaning and iron phosphating of metal surfaces before powder coating or painting.

The generators are available in nine models designed for different part sizes and production volumes. They use about 25 percent less chemicals than a high-pressure, fossil fuel-fired washer while using the least amount of water and creating the least amount of wastewater of any manual cleaning system, the company says.
