Wet deburring station reduces potential materials' flammability

March 13, 2007

Dynabrade Inc.'s wet deburring station is designed to help reduce potential flammability of materials when grinding.

The unit offers a wet filtration system to capture potentially combustible filings and dust in an air/water mixing zone. After the filings and dust are pulled through the mixing zone, the material then is easily disposed of as slurry. A hose drain port allows slurry to drain by connecting a standard garden hose.

Weighing 100 lbs, the station is 21 in. wide, 20 in. deep and 36 in. high. Its tabletop design enables it to be placed either on a countertop or a cart for easy transport from one work station to another.
