Cutting fluid engineered for difficult machining applications

QualiChem has introduced Xtreme Cut 292 water-based metalworking fluid. It is designed for use with difficult alloys such as titanium, INCONEL® alloy, and stainless steel. Low drag-out rates help reduce coolant usage, and extended sump life helps reduce disposal costs.

The fluid eliminates foaming, staining, and residues. It is formulated with a low toxicity to improve safety for end users and the environment. According to the manufacturer, tests have shown that the fluid can replace straight oils for applications in which other water-dilutable products have failed.
