Solid-carbide thread mills offered in new sizes

Emuge Corp. has expanded its line of THREADS-ALL™ solid-carbide thread mills with the addition of new 3XD sizes. They are designed for machining materials such as stainless, titanium, and INCONEL® alloy.

The ZGF-I 3XD thread mills come in eight stock standard tool sizes--#10, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2, 5/8, and 3/4--that allow for more than 100 commonly produced screw thread designations. The line also includes miniature-size thread mills in four sizes from 2 to 8.
