Inverted three-rail conveyor keeps large loads level

Jervis B. Webb Co., a subsidiary of Daifuku North America Holding Co., offers the Unibilt® inverted three-rail conveyor. The three rails improve the conveyor’s stability when navigating horizontal turns and vertical curves.

On vertical curves, the conveyor moves similar to an escalator tread, ensuring that the load remains level. The three-point, wide stance provides a stable platform to support large, tall loads.

The new conveyor can transport loads up to 1,000 lbs., which is nine times greater than other enclosed-track monorail systems, the company reports.
