Vacuum lifting system designed for flats, cylinders, irregular shapes

Cynergy Ergonomics has developed a universal vacuum lifting system to lift and manipulate materials with very different geometries. With capacities of more than 1,000 lbs. and the ability to handle almost any shape or geometry, this vacuum gripper is suitable for use by job shops, custom manufacturers, and shipping/receiving areas that handle a variety of products.

The system is designed to maintain vacuum only on the cups that have contacted the lifting surface, allowing the lifter to handle cylindrical products like pipe; flat items like board and panels; and varied geometries such as turbine blades, pallets, and curved shapes.
