Heavy-duty casters designed for extreme applications
Caster Concepts Inc. has introduced what it says is one of the highest weight-rated casters available. Designed for extreme situations with payload capacity exceeding typical levels, the 99 series heavy-duty caster can be customized to meet specific applications and preferences.
The caster is rated to 35,000 lbs. in a standard configuration and more than 50,000 lbs. in custom configurations. Used in aerospace and aircraft ground support, the caster is also suitable for marine and automotive applications.
The dual-load race design helps ensure smooth rotation and high load capacity on any type of surface. It can be configured with single or dual wheels, with diameters of 10 to 22 in. Custom designs can accommodate wheels more than 30 in. in diameter and multiple wheel configurations.
