Portable drilling machine features rail guide travel

Fab Tool Technologies LLC has introduced the PRO 36 magnetic drilling machine with 1.375- by 2-in. drilling capacity. The 22-lb. machine features a rail guide travel system that eliminates the need for alignment, maintains accuracy, and reduces cutter breakage, the company reports.
The unit also features overload protection and a magnetic power adhesion control module that detects adequate adhesive force of the electromagnetic base for safe operation.
