Linear rail punching systems suitable for applications involving various parts, multiple setups

Multicyl's MultiPunch linear rail (MLR) system is suitable for punching applications that involve a variety of parts and multiple setups. A single machine can punch different part lengths, hole sizes, hole positions, end stop positions, and part profiles with minimal setup time, according to the manufacturer.
The system, which is available in standard rail lengths from 2 ft. to 10 ft., uses the company's standard 7.5- and 12.5-ton punching stations. The machines are engineered to accept standard unitized tooling, with custom tooling also available. The company says users can add custom features for specific applications.
