Power consumption reduction system incorporated in punch presses, press brakes

LVD Strippit has incorporated the new Energy Reduction System (ERS) into its Strippit VX-series punch presses and PPEC series press brakes.
The system manages power consumption during machine operation, standby, and idle times, reducing energy consumption by 15 to 30 percent over previous-generation machines, the manufacturer reports.
