Press brake safety kit developed by SMACNA

The Fabricators & Manufacturers Association Intl.® Store offers the Press Brake Safety Compliance Kit created by the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors' National Association (SMACNA).

Intended to help employers effectively train employees, provide protection, and comply with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements regarding safe press brake operation, the kit includes an employer reference manual and a training video. It defines safe distance from the point of operation; discusses exposure prevention requirements and procedures; and provides sample safety programs, training requirements, and inspection forms.
