Work boots feature steel laces
Red Wing offers work boots featuring the Boa Technology closure system that keeps reels and laces secure. The laces are made from aircraft-grade steel, and a dial turn allows one-handed fit adjustment.
The #2491 men's 8-in. work boot features an oil-resistant, slip-resistant outsole called the dual-density Mini Lug II sole. The #4216 men's 6-in. work boot features an oil-resistant, rubber/PU auger sole and a nonmetallic toe cap.
Both boot styles have a full-grain, waterproof, CORDURA® upper; dual-density welt construction; fiberglass shank; and Cambrelle®-covered polyurethane footbed. They are recommended for oil/gas workers and those who work around heavy equipment and chemicals.
