AMSAW® high-speed production saw machines use carbide blades to cut ferrous and nonferrous pipes, tubes, bars, billets, rails, and profiles.

The machine features a compact, rigid design; hardened spindle gears ground for minimum backlash; a saw blade guide and dampening device; low-maintenance design; dry operation; saw blade changeover in less than three minutes; double and triple measurement strokes for extra-length cuts; and chip disposal.

Options include stock size measuring, automated length measuring systems, bar manipulating systems, infeed and outfeed systems, and stackers. Also available are chip conveyors, safety devices, and machine enclosures.
