Flanger/shear machine works with both flat, crowned heads, circles

Cole-Tuve offers a flanger/shear machine for both flat and crowned heads and circles.
Capacities are 5/16-in. mild steel and 3/16-in. stainless steel, up to 177 in. (14 ft. 9 in.) in diameter. Both the cutting and flanging operations are carried out on the same head. The maximum flanging radius is 3.93 in.
Independent hydraulic motors coupled to planetary gearboxes drive the upper and lower flanging rolls with two rotation speeds. The upper head is adjusted hydraulically.
