Airflow amplifiers extract dust, fumes with no moving parts

Vortec airflow amplifiers extract smoke, fumes, and debris to help enhance safety and productivity in the workplace. The high-flow, bladeless blowers amplify compressed air up to 60-fold, in unducted applications, with no moving parts. They can be mounted, ducted, and moved easily, and airflow and output are adjustable.

With no electrical requirements, they can be mounted wherever there is compressed air, and their quiet operation meets OSHA noise requirements.

The air flow amplifiers are available in multiple sizes, in either aluminum or stainless steel, to deliver flow rates from 32 to 2,300 SCFM. They can adapt from extraction and ventilation of fumes and gases to blowoff applications such as drying of parts and cooling of moldings and castings.
