Casters carry up to 8,400 lbs.

Hamilton’s 7700 series dual-wheel, solid, pneumatic casters are designed to cushion loads while providing a carrying capacity up to 8,400 lbs./caster. The dual-wheel design doubles the load capacity of the company’s single-wheel 7500 series.

A wide stance increases the casters’ stability. All models have drop-forged steel mounting plates and CNC machined raceways.

Available in six wheel diameters from 10 by 4 in. to 21 by 6 in., all wheels are equipped with 1- or 1.25-in. precision tapered roller bearings, making them suitable for power-towed applications.

The 16-, 18-, and 21-in. wheels comprise three tread sections: a firm, stable rubber base compound for strong rim adhesion; a resilient middle section to dampen the shock of uneven rolling surfaces; and a tough, low-rolling resistance tread to reduce energy consumption. The 12- and 14-in. wheels comprise two tread sections.
