Packets prevent corrosion on packaged metal parts

The Daubrite® 1 emitter packets from Daubert Cromwell prevent corrosion on metal parts that are packaged for storage or shipment.

The 1 - by 3-in. packet contains the company's volatile corrosion inhibitor (VCI) chemistry that protects exposed metals inside enclosed spaces such as boxes, crates, containers, and cabinets.

Vapors form an invisible layer on the metal's surface and prevent moisture, dirt, oxygen, and other contaminants from depositing and corroding the metal. The emitter has no strong chemical odor or residue. The Tyvek® pouch is breathable, tear-resistant, and lightweight.
