EWM offers ewm Xnet software, designed to help ensure comprehensive welding quality assurance and the optimization of all welding tasks. The software facilitates the connection of all of the manufacturer’s Multimatrix inverter welding machines to visualize and document their data, track costs, and detect possible errors.

The software continuously records all relevant welding parameters, not just the welding current and voltage. It also prompts users to replace relevant parts in a timely manner, analyze and optimize downtimes, and control maintenance intervals precisely. It records current and cumulative consumption data, including energy input and wire and gas consumption, to aid in cost calculations.
