Waterjet cutting system features small footprint

TECHNI Waterjet™ has introduced the new Intec-G2 Value series of small-footprint waterjet cutting systems. The system, which features a large monitor screen, is available with an optional remote control pendant. The Skip and Float™ option helps ensure a constant standoff height over warped or stress-relieving materials. The Tech-Sense™ option monitors the cutting head and pauses the program before blockage can occur. Another option, the Break Away Head, eliminates the risk of damaging the cutting head and scraping material in the event of a crash.

Other options available are the servo Z axis, EZY-Load™ material loading, advanced nesting, and water raise/lower for submerged cutting.

The system can be run with the QUANTUM ESP™ electric servo pump or the QUANTUM ESP dual pump in 55,000 or 66,000 PSI.
