Waterjet cutting system cuts up to 500 IPM

Koike Aronson offers the K-Jet abrasive waterjet cutting system. It delivers cut speeds up to 500 IPM with standard cutting areas up to 72 by 144 in. and a table capacity up to 125 lbs./sq. ft. (3 in. mild steel).

Features include Hypertherm Hy-Precision 60,000-PSI intensifier pumps, Flash-Cut CNC with built-in CAD/CAM, and Ebbco filtration systems.

The machine offers fully enclosed, air-pressurized bellows; hidden linear ways; accessible grease fittings; and a heavy-duty, ¼-in. walled, floor-mounted table that reduces deflection. The slats and slat supports are easily removed, and the heavy-duty, 5/16-in. machined main beam and heavy-duty saddles help maintain smooth movement throughout the table.

Options include adjustable water height, clamping, air-over-oil hydraulic cooling, laser plate alignment, and laser height control.
