Quick-connect sets comply with OSHA requirements

Western Enterprises has launched a new line of quick connects for oxygen, fuel gases, and inert gases featuring a sleeve lock that prevents accidental separation of the quick-connect mating components. The mating components cannot be disconnected by means of a straight pull without rotary motion, as required by OSHA.

The sets are color-coded for identification and are not interchangeable, preventing accidental gas mixing. Each set also features demand valves to prevent gas flow when disconnected. The oxygen and fuel gas sets also feature reverse-flow check valves for additional safety.
