HK Laser & Systems is pleased to announce that starting in 2023, a new line of Fiber Tube Cutting Systems will be added to HK's laser product line. There will be a wide variety of models in terms of size of the chucks, infeed dimension, automation and laser power. These models will serve the entire tube cutting industry, even including the heavy-duty structural industry such as H or C beam, Angles and rectangular pipes.
Models HK Laser will be introducing:
HTS Series: High-speed cutting including bundle loading solution, covering up to 10.7" diameter tube
HPS Series: HTS model with Bevel cutting head
HTX+ Series: Heavy-duty system including front-loading conveyor, up to 39' infeed and 14' diameter pipe
HTX Series: Heavy-duty system with 3+1 chucks, up to 39' infeed and 14' diameter pipe
HTL Series: Heavy-duty system with 4 chucks, up to 39' infeed and 13' diameter pipe
HTS65-4kW Fiber is a Game Changer for Structural Steel Cutting
The models such as the HTX and HTL are a game changing solution to the steel structural industry, as they have capabilities to be able to cut the heavy-duty H-beam, C-beam and big angles which used to be cut by slower plasma or mechanical saws.
HK America will have complete service support for these new tube laser systems, including local service support from HK service techs and HK parts service located in Bartlett, IL.
The HTS65-4kW Fiber will make its grand debut at the HK Open House, which will take place June 7-9, 2023.
