Still Building America: New York metal art sculptor Zac Shavrick, aka Zac Max

In this Still Building America episode, Darla and Josh Welton of Brown Dog Welding in Detroit interview New York-based metal sculptor artist Zac Shavrick, or, as he is known in the metal art world: Zac Max.

Cultivating his art and welding skills from a very young age, Zac’s work has been showcased in several galleries around the United States, and he hosts his own metal art and music festival in upstate New York each year called Flashburn X, which kicks off on Aug. 28 in Ferndale, NY.
