Airgas acquires Tech Air

Airgas, an Air Liquide company, a supplier of industrial, medical, and specialty gases, has completed the acquisition of TA Corporate Holdings Inc. (Tech Air), an independent distributor of industrial gases and welding supplies, from CI Capital Partners, New York, and Tech Air management.

Tech Air has about 500 employees and operates in 50 locations in California, Texas, the Northeast, and the Southeast.
