Soave Enterprises acquires New Center Stamping

Detroit-based investment firm Soave Enterprises has announced the acquisition of New Center Stamping’s 240,000-sq.-ft. facility in Detroit.

In its 100-year history, New Center Stamping has evolved from stamping parts to welding, assembly, engineering, and tool and die. It has recently expanded into low-volume stamping applications and has entered the production business.

The acquisition marks Soave’s first foray into the manufacturing industry.
