Wendorff Bros. sells Steel Craft, Hartford Finishing, Capitol Stampings
Wendorff Bros. Co. Inc. has announced the sale of Steel Craft Corp. and Hartford Finishing, both of Hartford, Wis., along with Milwaukee-based Capitol Stampings, to MiddleGround Capital of Lexington, Ky.
Steel Craft offers laser cutting, punching, press brake forming, welding, machining, painting, mechanical and electromechanical assembly, testing, certifying, and logistics management. Hartford Finishing is an industrial powder coater providing e-coating, wet painting, assembly, batch work, and blasting.
Capitol Stampings offers metal forming and stamping capabilities that include custom metal stamping, custom tooling, robotic welding, resistance welding, and split steel pulley technology.
