Birmingham Fastener announces K-T Bolt acquisition

Birmingham Fastener, Birmingham, Ala., a domestic manufacturer and distributor of fasteners for structural steel fabrication, metal building manufacturers, water works, OEM, and MRO, has announced the acquisition of K-T Bolt Mfg. Inc., Katy, Texas.

K-T Bolt is a provider of custom fabrication, closed-die forging, in-house heat treating, and electropolishing. Randy Peck remains president of the company and joins the leadership team at Birmingham Fastener.
