HL Precision, Hi-Grade Welding partner to form H3 Manufacturing Group

HL Precision Mfg. LLC, with facilities in Champaign and Fisher, Ill., and Schaumburg, Ill.-based Hi-Grade Welding & Mfg. LLC have combined to form a common parent company known as H3 Mfg. Group LLC.

Both companies will continue to operate individually while seeking ways to work together collaboratively. HL Precision offers CNC machining, assembly, and paint and powder coating capabilities, while Hi-Grade provides laser cutting, fabrication, and complex welding.

The combined companies will serve the aerospace/defense, medical devices, power transmission, automated retail, life sciences, and public transportation markets.
