Optimas Americas appoints president

Optimas Americas, a manufacturer of fasteners and components, has named Daniel Harms as president. He comes to the company after serving as senior vice president, operations, for DSC Logistics (now CJ Logistics).

In response to a demanding supply chain environment, Harms has developed a corporate strategy Optimas Americas called “Forward Faster,” which focuses on integrating people, processes, and technology and is grounded in the guiding principles of simplify, drive, connect, and empower.
