Orbitform acquires C & B Machinery

Orbitform, along with a group of investors, has acquired C & B Machinery, a Brighton, Mich.-based provider of precision disc grinding and metal removal equipment for the automotive, aerospace, and hand tool industries. C & B Machinery remains a separate entity with its own staff and facility.

Orbitform is a provider of fastening, forming, and assembly systems based in Jackson, Mich.
