Threaded Fasteners Inc. acquires Stateline Fasteners
Steel fastener manufacturer and distributor Threaded Fasteners Inc., Mobile, Ala., has announced the acquisition of Stateline Fasteners, a provider of bolts, nuts, abrasives, and threaded rod in Roswell, Ga.
According to the company, Stateline’s employees will join the TFI office in Chattanooga, Tenn.
