Tooling Tech Group acquires Alpha Integration

Tooling Tech Group (TTG), Macomb, Mich., a provider of highly engineered tools and assembly equipment, has acquired Murfreesboro, Tenn.-based Alpha Integration, a provider of custom automated assembly and inspection equipment for assembly, material handling, dispensing, sorting, testing, welding, and fastening.

Alpha Integration, which employs about 45 people, will continue to operate out of its Murfreesboro location, while its businesses practices will be integrated into the overall Tooling Tech Group operations.
