ABB board nominates new chairman

The ABB board of directors has unanimously nominated Peter Voser to succeed Hubertus von Grünberg as chairman. Grünberg and Michael Treschow, chairman of the Governance and Nomination Committee, have decided not to stand for re-election to the board.

David Constable will stand for election, and all other members of the board will stand for re-election, at the annual general meeting on April 30, 2015. The board intends to elect Jacob Wallenberg as vice chairman of the board after the meeting.
