ABB rebrands autonomous mobile robot portfolio

ABB has launched its first line of rebranded autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) following its acquisition of mobile robot leader ASTI Mobile Robotics in 2021. With this addition, the company now offers robots, AMRs, and machine automation systems.

The first models released in the new line are the Flexley Tug and Flexley Mover, which cover applications including towing; trolley transportation up to 2,000 kg; and lifting and transporting racks, containers, and pallets up to 1,500 kg.
