Beckhoff USA names director of product management

Beckhoff USA, Savage, Minn., has promoted Daymon Thompson to director of product management, based in the Denver-area office. He joined the company in 2011 as an applications engineer and most recently served as senior software product manager.

Thompson has more than two decades of experience in automation and industrial controls applications, including 12 years in the new technologies group at DePuy Synthes. He holds two bachelor’s degrees, in computer science and computer information systems, from Regis University.
