Lincoln Electric to acquire Fori Automation

Cleveland-based Lincoln Electric Holdings Inc. has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Fori Automation Inc., a designer and manufacturer of automated assembly systems, automated material handling systems, and end-of-line testing systems.

Based in Shelby Township, Mich., with additional operations in six international facilities across Europe, Latin America, and Asia, Fori primarily serves automotive and aerospace OEMs.
