Wauseon Machine and Mfg. acquires McAlister Design

Wauseon Machine and Mfg., a provider of robotics automation, tube fabrication equipment, and build-to-print precision machined parts in Wauseon, Ohio, has acquired McAlister Design and Automation LLC of Greenville, S.C., a privately owned robotics systems integrator.

McAlister’s four facilities, totaling 48,000 sq. ft., bring significantly more capacity, both in floor space and technical resources, for automation projects. With this acquisition, Wauseon doubles the size of its automation business.
