Yaskawa Motoman announces staff changes

Dayton, Ohio-based Yaskawa Motoman has announced several key organizational changes.

Scott Jenkins has joined the company as vice president of North American sales and marketing. He has nearly three decades of experience in industrial manufacturing and distribution.

Jenkins formerly served as senior vice president of sales and marketing for ITW Welding Group, overseeing all sales and marketing activities for Miller, Hobart, Bernard, and Tregaskiss. Before that Jenkins held a leadership role at Detroit Diesel Corp. for six years, along with various positions at Cummins Inc.

Doug Schenher, previously vice president of customer satisfaction, has assumed the role of corporate vice president, providing leadership and guidance on organizational development and planning for the Motoman Robotics Division and the Drives & Motion Division. Schenher has been with the company for 11 years.

Doug Burnside, previously senior director of customer care, has been promoted to vice president of customer satisfaction. He has been with the company for 10 years.
