Bico Steel acquires Integrity Fab and Machine

Bico Steel, Mogadore, Ohio a portfolio company of Validor Capital, has acquired Integrity Fab and Machine Inc., expanding its steel processing and fabrication capabilities.

Integrity Fab and Machine Inc., based in Breckenridge, Mich., offers machining of custom dies sets, plates, and parallels. Bico Steel is a processor of heavy carbon steel plate and forged specialty alloy steel used primarily for products for the stamping, molding, process equipment, and capital equipment industries.
